Scott Thomas, President
Scott has been in the Paul Davis Restoration organization since 1997 and has nearly 20 years of construction experience. He has worked at most levels of the restoration business. Scott has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Supervision and Management from Central Michigan University. He is a Licensed Builder in the State of Michigan and also holds numerous certifications from the IICRC/Clean Trust.
Jason Arsenault, Vice President
Jason has held this position since 2007. He is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree as well as a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University with a Master of Arts degree. Jason is also a Licensed Builder in the State of Michigan and a Certified Lead Renovator with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He also holds four certifications with the restoration industries governing body, IICRC/Clean Trust. Jason has also served as an adjunct instructor while having years of business experience in the government and private sectors. He resided in Los Angeles, CA and Phoenix, AZ for over ten years prior to relocating to his homestate of Michigan.
Jeremy Snyder, Emergency Services Division Supervisor
Jeremy has been in the restoration industry since 1996. He provides years of specialized experience relating to the mitigation and salvaging of residential and commercial properties including their contents. Jeremy is a Certified Lead Renovator by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He has owned a carpet and air duct cleaning company and also holds numerous IICRC/Clean Trust certifications. He is a graduate of Chuck DeWald's Emergency Hands On Drying School as well.
Mike Bellor, Estimator/Project Manager
Mike is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. He had been in the construction industry for over 15 years prior to joining the restoration industry for the last six years. He is a Licensed Builder in the State of Michigan and a Certified Lead Renovator by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He has also volunteered his construction management skills while overseeing several international projects.
Brett
Porterfield, Marketing Representative
Brett is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing. He is a former property claims insurance adjuster and brings with him over six years experience in the insurance restoration industry. Brett also holds two certifications from the IICRC/Clean Trust.
Virginia Bleck, Job Cost Accountant
Virginia
has worked in accounting for over 30 years and the restoration
business since 2007. She has been with Paul Davis Restoration since
2011 as a Job Cost Accountant. She also handles administrative
functions and provides office support.
Jason Snyder, Technician
Jason
has worked in the restoration industry for 11 years and been with
Paul Davis Restoration since 2010. He currently holds several
IICRC/Clean Trust certifications. Jason is also a Certified Lead
Renovator by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Michael Quinn-Valencia, Technician
Michael has worked in the restoration industry for five years and with Paul Davis Restoration since 2011. He currently holds several IICRC/Clean Trust certifications. Mike is also a Certified Lead Renovator by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Janet Grzesiak, Cleaning Technician
Janet has been with the company since 2011 and has over six years experience in the restoration and cleaning industry. She specializes in the cleaning of hard and soft goods as well as structures.
